Return Process

  Log into your Dr.G account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and the prepaid shipping label is clearly attached to the exterior.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
